My name is Wendy Mock and I’m a Registered Veterinary Technician here at the clinic.
I graduated from the SIAST Vet Tech program in 2003. I’ve worked a bit with swine when I first graduated, but my passion is working with small animals. Some areas of interest for me are Nutrition, Dentistry, Behaviour and Client Education.
Each furry, feathered or scaly friend that comes to the clinic has a unique story…they have been chosen, or maybe they chose their owner! Either way, they provide happiness and enjoyment to their owner.
I feel It’s important that clients know all they can do for their chosen friend! There are many health decisions and options that can increase a pets longevity!
I’m positive that every pet owner would love to have their companion for as long as possible, and I feel it’s my responsibility as a RVT, to give each pet and client the best care and education needed to accomplish that.
It’s exciting to work in a field that is always evolving, and with a team that cares for each pet as if they were their own.
